As in previous zoom seminars, Goldberg Sensei will focus on solo exercises that you can work on without a partner. Although Daito Ryu is a must-feel art, Goldberg Sensei believes there are still ways to practice during this strange time under COVID restrictions.

Roy Goldberg Sensei is one of the highest ranked Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu practitioners outside of Japan. He has received a 7th dan and the Hi Ogi Mokuroku, the third scroll in Daito Ryu transmission, from the Kodokai hombu dojo in Kitami, Japan.
